This was the questions being push to me during my interview today & as I wanted to answer this I remember BYJ character as JOOSHIN KING in THE LEGEND & he said to be a great leader you must:
1) Respected other then only you'll be respected
2) Listen to them
3) Be one of them
4) Show them that you care
5) Lead them to show their potential
6) Be their guide
7) Show team spirits
8) Never leave them alone
9) Never think that you are always right
10)Never show your weakness
