My Character

Few of my friends always advise me not to be to STRESS with work esp with my MD, Dir & the some others people
Let me explain, I'm the kind of person, if I talk more or should I say (membebel) this is how I release my stress & also to show that I care, but if I stay quite & don't talk at all or can't be bother at all, then, this mean:- I'm ANGRY. Sampai AKHIRAT larrr baru jumpa, tu pun kalu terjumpa.
& the 1 person who know my character very well beside my family, is my DIR, he always advise me to change, but I still can't after 10years of working, so far in my whole life, I have been angry twice & the person resign from work few months ago.. so becarefull when you C that I don't talk anymore..ha3

INFO on EPF (Employees Provident Fund)

To all reader who will turn 50 in 2013..

I went to a seminar early this year on the a/m matters.. it should be as such.. for those will be 50years in 2013, you must have at lease RM120K in your EPF saving to make a 1/4 withdraw.. this is to enable you to have sufficient fund to reach you till 80++. Few of my office colleague yg now who is 45, esp my Dir dia punya mengeluh.... pastu dia ketawa kan I sbb I will only be able to use my EPF when I'm 55, which is a long way still to go.. apa lah DIR I ni..

Boss-Boss

Aiyooo.. me.. today i kena buat balik proposal nak ambil outsource budak Indo.. now with the addtional of if we take in our very own foreign worker.. tu lah dia kalau dah jadi terpandai sangat,, now I learn my lesson well, I will not OPEN my mouth in front of my MD...dah jadi seksa sendiri..dah jadi mcm budak sekolah balik dah terkira2 sana sini,, kat college pun tak mcm ni tau..

Now, I have another idea utk alasan nak berhenti kerja, kalu dapat kerja baru tahun depan I akan cakap..." Murakami sya-cho u allways bully me & my 1st initial is not same as you my name start with "N" Nafida while yours start with "M" ha3.."

2008 June when I wanted to resign my MD paksa I ikut dia ke Japan Consulate dah lah dlm kereta dia punya lecture ee...mcm2 soalan yg keluar dari mulut dia, sampai ke "U don't love me??"pun keluar dari mulut dia... yg I dlm kereta, naik kecut perut sbb dia bawa kereta mmg lah laju... di tambah dgn Dir yg mengeluh sana sini & denda nak berhenti kena beri notice 3bulan, bcoz NO 1 can do my work & di tambah I kena buat Custom LMW di tempat baru jd tak lah jd berhenti in 2008...

But rasanya 11tahun is quite long that I hv stayed in a Co.. nak juga rasa challenge baru.. President America pun life span dia 10tahun aje...

TENSION

EE 10SION, lepas meeting dgn MD yg si Mgr MIS ni pun 1 dari Jan'08 sampai sekarang dah berribu org di interview tapi 1 org pun tak berjaya.. ni dah nak akhir Oct'08 MD beri sampai end of Oct'08 jika tak dapat jugak report berkajang2 kena di tulis eeee mengeram kan betul, dah lah tu yg dept lain pun sama jugak dah kenapa lah budak2 ni asyik masuk keluar kerja aje eh DEPA TAK TAU KA BULAN DEC'08 ADA BONUS2...

Dah lah cita2 2008 1 pun belum tercapai .. Ya ALLAH makbul kan lah DOA2 ku ini....

As of yesterday Mak I dapat cicit lagi, kali ni bernama Wan Rayyan Haziq ,, beratnya mak dato 3.5kg. Cepat sapa nak cop jd menantu, sila letak nama sekarang..

Mee Kuning - di celur air panas

Telur rebus

Cara:-Tumis kan bawang besor & bawang putih yang di tumbuk, masuk kan sedikit rempah kari, lepas naik bau masukkan air udang, setelah mendidih masukkan keledek yg di lecek biar mendidih lagi baru masukkan udang, fish ball, tahu pok, tahu yg ada fish ball, kerang, akhir sekali santan& daun ketumbar. Mee di letak dlm mangkuk & hiaskan dgn bawang goreng& telur, tapi yg saya punya ni telur tak di letak.. ada juga yg suka letak telur burung dlm kuah mee. Selamat mencuba.. ha3 Harap jadi lah eh! kalau jadi & makan tu kena ingat2kan saya ya.
